2014 ACSESS National Conference

ACSESS Conference 2014 opened on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 28th with a keynote address by Jon Montgomery, 2008 gold medal Olympian and television host.

The following two days featured a strong program of plenary and educational sessions of interest to owners, senior managers and staffing professionals. The early speaker line-up included Todd Hirsh, Alberta Economist & Author; Jeff Kaye, Co-CEO of Kaye/Bassman International and Next Level Recruiting Training; and Todd Millar, author of “From Boardroom to Base Camp” - Life & Leadership Lessons from the Top.

The closing luncheon address was given by Jamie Clarke, extreme adventurer and charismatic story-teller. “Real winning has nothing to do with beating someone else, crossing the finish line first, or standing on top. Winning isn’t anything external. It is an internal satisfaction, and deep inner sense of pride and joy” - Jamie Clarke.

What Others Say About the ACSESS National Conference
British Columbia

"Excel Personnel Inc. has been in the industry for 22 years, and we have found ACSESS conferences to be the biggest value to our company. As a lone agency it is the most effective way of meeting peers and building friendships and business relationships across Canada and the USA. As a newbie back in 1992 I walked into my first conference blind, and was welcomed by a group of IT recruiters who took me under their arm and introduced me to the world of recruiters as I know it today.

ACSESS always has a strong speaker line-up and these professionals have assisted in building my recruitment team to be a top recruitment firm in Northern, Central and Southern British Columbia. All agencies should be a member of ACSESS, follow our Code of Ethics and attend the Annual Conference - it’s too good to miss!"
